Project Manager
Carly has 10+ years of professional experience in the construction industry, specializing in mitigation work at HOAs, multifamily properties, and single-family residences. Starting as a field technician for general contractors based in the Pacific Northwest, Carly gained experience and knowledge identifying and remediating fire, water, mold, and biohazard damaged buildings. After demonstrating her thorough understanding of mitigation projects, she moved into the position of Project Manager, where she developed her administrative skills through managing schedules, preparing reports, and effectively communicating with clients. Carly chose to pursue her interest in exterior envelope rehabilitation by transitioning to consulting in 2020. She quickly became an integral part of the PONO team as a junior project manager and certified remote drone pilot. Carly excels at assisting with overall project organization, on-site review of rehabilitation work, and communication with contractors and clients.
